The important thing to note here is that it's all educated observations grounded in experience. Unless we spot bugs or broken elements, there's no guarantee that our observations will lead to improvements until we form hypotheses and validate them with A/B testing.

This is a hard one to answer, as it's highly contingent on your industry, price point, and competition. One of our primary producer clients averages a 9% conversion rate, while most of our apparel clients have conversion rates between 2-4%.
