Gralyn Estate is an award-winning Australian vineyard celebrating 50 years in Margaret River. Their DIY website, built by owner Scott Baxter years ago, was holding back their online wine sales potential.
The homemade site created friction at every turn. Mobile visitors couldn't navigate properly, the design lacked polish despite premium products, and a conversion rate stuck at 1.25% made paid advertising unprofitable.
