Challenges
Overland Addict offer a range of higher price 4WD gear. Many of these products are usually purchased in-store, or there's strong competition from Amazon. With the competing pressures, the OA store needed to build trust and break through these objections, which is where it was falling flat.

Spotting the problems
We ran the Overland Addict site through our deep audit & analysis process and found some immediate red flags:
- High bounce rates indicated a lack of visitor trust
- High rates of dead clicks, quick backs, and rage clicks
- Very low mobile conversion rate, indicating heavy friction

Results
Within four weeks of the sweeping improvements being released, the conversion rate had jumped 57% from 0.35 to 0.55%. While the project is far from finished, this jump meant ROAS effectively doubled, helping OA get back to scaling their traffic spend.
