Q30 makes FDA-cleared brain protection devices for athletes. Their Q-Collar is backed by 25+ scientific studies and trusted by 40,000+ athletes, but their Shopify store wasn't converting as well as it could.
When we started in late April 2025, their conversion rate was sitting at 1.14%. For a revolutionary product with strong scientific backing, there was clear room for improvement.

Spotting the problems
Our initial analysis found several optimization opportunities:

- Homepage didn't effectively communicate the unique value proposition
