  • AOV isn't a reliable metric for this store. There's natural fluctuation as visitors come with a pre-determined number of products they want to buy (i.e. how many kids they're purchasing for).
  • Product sizing is one of the biggest complaints, and giving confidence around this objection helped remove uncertainty for many customers.
  • Engagement time on the sizing component decreased because it's easier to use.
  • Clearer instructions also lowered bounce rates.
  • Recommendation: roll this change out to production.
